Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in both residential and commercial properties.
- Install new piping, water heaters, drainage systems, and fixtures in strict accordance with local building codes and manufacturer guidelines.
- Perform thorough leak detection and pressure testing to ensure system integrity.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and clear communication to clients regarding project scopes and timelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technology to solve difficult plumbing issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical schematics, and layout drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose root causes of plumbing failures.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
