Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and valves.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
- Perform pipe inspections and ensure all installations meet local and national building codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining technical issues to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Ensure job sites are cleaned up and organized after every task to maintain a professional appearance.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to schedule jobs and manage time efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Proficiency in working with copper, PVC, PEX, and other common piping materials.
- Strong understanding of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
