Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems efficiently.
- Install and maintain pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances.
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to plan complex installations.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local and state plumbing codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical details clearly.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent future system failures.
- Manage tool inventory and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications
- Valid TN Plumbing License (Master or Journeyman).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
