Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Install water heaters, boilers, and backflow prevention devices
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and regulations
- Lead apprentice plumbers and coordinate project timelines
- Manage inventory and order plumbing supplies
- Provide emergency plumbing services on rotational basis
- Document work orders and maintain client communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid NYC Master Plumber license required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with trenchless pipe lining technology
- Knowledge of green plumbing systems and water conservation
- Clean driving record and valid NY driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
