Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Install water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems per NYC building codes
- Perform emergency plumbing services during after-hours and weekends
- Manage plumbing projects from blueprint to completion
- Maintain inventory and service vehicles for optimal efficiency
- Train junior plumbers on industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA and local safety regulations
Qualifications
- NYS Master Plumber License required
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid NYC DOB registration and EPA 608 certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex system failures
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with trenchless pipe rehabilitation preferred
