Responsibilities
- Perform complex residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate piping systems, leaks, and drainage issues efficiently.
- Inspect systems to ensure strict compliance with local New York and Texas building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, technical consultation, and transparent project estimates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work vehicle and tool inventory at all times.
- Train and mentor junior plumbing staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Master Plumber License (or equivalent Texas license).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing trade.
- Strong knowledge of pipe systems, fixtures, valves, and blueprints.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) and work in tight or elevated spaces.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess own set of professional-grade hand tools.
