Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality installations and repairs on residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, and water heaters.
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Ensure all work is completed in strict accordance with local Austin building codes and safety regulations.
- Interact professionally with clients, providing clear explanations of services and costs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work vehicle and job site at all times.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and daily quotas.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction and project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipe fitting, soldering, threading, and blueprint reading.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Texas Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess own basic hand tools (additional tools provided on site).
