Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial piping systems, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and pipe failures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections to identify potential problems before they become costly repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate clearly with clients to provide estimates, explain repairs, and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage job sites efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications
- Valid Master or Journeyman Plumber License in the State of Georgia.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of copper, PVC, PEX, and galvanized piping systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights when necessary.
