Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including water lines, drainage, and gas piping.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints.
- Ensure all work complies with local Los Angeles and California building codes and regulations.
- Lead on-site projects and mentor junior technicians to ensure team excellence.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide cost estimates.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work vehicle and tool area.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and fixture installation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
