Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems, including gas lines and water heaters, with minimal supervision.
- Perform precise pipefitting, welding, and soldering for new construction and renovation projects.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and provide preventative maintenance solutions.
- Interact professionally with clients, explaining technical issues in layman's terms and providing accurate estimates.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work vehicle and job site at all times.
- Adhere to all local Washington DC building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in the District of Columbia.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and workmanship.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency on-call rotations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
