Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with Texas plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage project timelines and client communication effectively
- Train and mentor junior plumbers on best practices
- Conduct thorough system inspections and preventive maintenance
- Prepare detailed work estimates and documentation
Qualifications
- Texas Master Plumber license (mandatory)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Flexibility for emergency call-outs (evenings/weekends)
