Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex piping systems for water, gas, and waste disposal.
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently, including leaks, blockages, and pipe bursts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan pipe layouts.
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections to ensure system safety and longevity.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and provide detailed estimates.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site at all times.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal safety codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman or Master Plumber License is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Willingness to be on-call for emergency repairs as needed.
