Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex piping systems for water, drainage, and gas.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and fixture failures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure compliance.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial and residential properties.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and material usage.
- Provide exceptional customer service and consult with clients on plumbing solutions.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber license in the State of Illinois.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
