Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems.
- Locate and diagnose leaks and other plumbing problems using video pipe inspection tools.
- Perform quality control inspections and ensure all work complies with local building codes.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide estimates.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform emergency repairs for commercial clients outside of standard business hours as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of pipe systems.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in tight spaces.
- Basic math skills for calculating material requirements.
