Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs and installations efficiently.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide effective, cost-effective solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national building codes.
- Inspect plumbing systems and recommend upgrades or repairs to ensure longevity.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project timelines.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
