Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced tools and blueprints to determine the root cause.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication of diagnoses and repair options.
- Ensure all work complies with local Austin building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site at all times.
- Order and manage inventory of necessary parts and materials for job completion.
- Document all services and maintain accurate digital records for billing and warranty purposes.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Plumber license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency call-outs.
