Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including water lines, drains, and fixtures
- Install new plumbing systems for residential and commercial construction projects
- Perform emergency service calls with rapid response times
- Lead apprentice plumbers and ensure code compliance (IPC/Texas Plumbing Code)
- Manage project timelines, material inventory, and client communications
- Conduct system inspections and provide maintenance recommendations
- Use digital tools (job management software, diagnostic equipment) for efficient service delivery
Qualifications
- Texas Master Plumber license (mandatory)
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential/commercial settings
- Expert knowledge of Texas plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in trenchless technology, hydro-jetting, and camera inspections
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- CPR certification preferred
