Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Mentor junior plumbers and ensure quality workmanship
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records
- Respond to emergency calls with 24/7 availability rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber license (PL-003)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
