Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install complex plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan installations and repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining issues and solutions clearly to clients.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.

Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber’s license for the District of Columbia (or equivalent certification).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of pipe systems, water heaters, drainage, and gas lines.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
