Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Diagnose and resolve leakages, clogs, and pipe failures using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan pipe layouts and system configurations.
- Ensure all work complies with local Washington, DC building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues in clear terms to clients.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on water heaters, boilers, and HVAC systems where applicable.
- Train and mentor apprentice plumbers to uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber license in the District of Columbia.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and fixture installation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina for standing and lifting heavy equipment.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
