Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex plumbing systems, including water, gas, and drainage lines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently using modern diagnostic tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with local Washington, DC plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication of diagnoses and pricing.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on commercial and residential properties.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Plumber license in the District of Columbia.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of pipe materials, fittings, and modern plumbing technologies.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
