Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including pipe leaks, drainage blockages, and water heater failures.
- Ensure all work complies with local DC and Virginia plumbing codes and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication and professional site cleanup.
- Conduct safety inspections and adhere to strict OSHA safety standards on job sites.
- Guide and mentor junior apprentices and journeyman plumbers.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Plumber license (State of DC or Virginia).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on plumbing experience in commercial and residential settings.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge of modern plumbing materials, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
