Responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex pipe leaks, drainage issues, and water heater malfunctions.
- Adhere to all local and state plumbing codes and safety regulations strictly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and professionally.
- Manage inventory and ensure tools are maintained and in good working order.
- Complete daily logs and paperwork accurately.
- Respond promptly to emergency weekend calls.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Strong knowledge of copper, PVC, and PEX piping systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
