Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex piping systems for commercial and residential properties.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine the layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pressure problems.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical repairs clearly to clients.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of plumbing infrastructure.
- Train junior technicians and apprentices as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber License issued by the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in both commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong working knowledge of local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening.
