Responsibilities
- Install, Repair, and Maintain: Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance to the highest industry standards.
- Diagnose Issues: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex plumbing problems efficiently.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing clear explanations and ensuring a positive service experience.
- Code Compliance: Strictly adhere to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with dispatchers and office staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Equipment Care: Maintain company vehicles and tools in excellent working condition.
Qualifications
- Licensed Professional: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in Florida.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Problem Solver: Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Transportation: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Tools: Ability to bring own tools or demonstrate tool proficiency (company tools provided).
