Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems.
- Locate and diagnose leaks and other plumbing issues quickly and efficiently.
- Perform hydrostatic testing and pressure testing of systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national building codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs and costs clearly to clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Plumber License in California.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Availability for weekend and after-hours emergency call-outs.
