Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and provide efficient solutions.
- Adhere strictly to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Interact professionally with customers, providing clear explanations of work required and cost estimates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work vehicle and job site at all times.
- Train and guide junior plumbing apprentices and helpers.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber License issued by the District of Columbia.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.
