Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation on construction sites
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and structural work
- Operate power tools and machinery under proper supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Adapt to changing schedules and project demands during night shifts
- Report hazards and maintain daily equipment logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or related labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Class B CDL license a plus but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
