Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks under night shift supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Perform material handling and equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades teams on complex projects
- Document daily progress and report safety concerns immediately
- Maintain clean, organized job sites throughout shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B CDL preferred (training available)
- Strong knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to remote job sites
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
