Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, formwork installations, and finishing operations with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform site preparation, grading, and excavation according to blueprints
- Install and remove scaffolding, safety barriers, and temporary structures
- Conduct material handling, inventory management, and quality control checks
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including carpenters, electricians, and welders
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and maintain stamina
- Basic blueprint reading skills and measurement knowledge
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check
