Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and jackhammers with certified proficiency
- Install and dismantle temporary scaffolding, safety barriers, and construction site perimeters
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, equipment setup, and site preparation tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work zones
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
