Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with proper safety protocols
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Follow construction plans and supervisor instructions precisely
- Participate in safety briefings and equipment inspections

Qualifications
