Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and material handling tasks during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (e.g., excavators, forklifts) with precision and safety protocols
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Maintain job site cleanliness and organize construction materials efficiently
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions to ensure project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience operating power tools and heavy machinery
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
