Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment safely
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and demolition operations
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per safety protocols
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on complex builds
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety procedures
- Complete shift reports and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic tool operation knowledge (saws, drills, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Albuquerque residency required for immediate start
