Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Follow blueprints and site instructions to ensure project accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Support team members during concrete pours, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and daily inspections
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Reliable transportation to job sites across NYC boroughs
- Basic English communication skills for safety protocols
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
