Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation on active construction sites
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA safety protocols
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery under supervision
- Read blueprints and follow detailed instructions from site supervisors
- Complete daily progress reports and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Milwaukee metro area
- Flexible schedule availability (6 PM - 4 AM shifts)
