Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools for site preparation and cleanup
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and site layout
- Maintain job site safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal operations
- Support concrete pouring and finishing tasks
- Inspect and maintain equipment functionality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Available for flexible night shift schedule (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of power tools and machinery
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
