Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during night shifts
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespersons with concrete work, framing, and site cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Monitor job progress and report issues to site supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Physical stamina to perform strenuous tasks in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and overtime as needed
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
