Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, foundation work, and structural framing under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts with precision
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance during all night shift operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades teams on complex builds
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and site safety assessments
- Manage material inventory and staging for next-day operations
- Document progress reports using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM, Mon-Fri)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Class B driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with power tools and hand equipment
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds consistently
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading
- Experience with concrete finishing techniques
