Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Class A CDL license with tanker endorsement preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in all weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment
- Clear criminal background check and drug-free certification
- Strong understanding of blueprints and construction schematics
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Omaha metro
