Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, structural framing, and site preparation under limited visibility conditions
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools during overnight shifts
- Perform quality inspections and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) for seamless workflow
- Manage material inventory and secure job sites before dawn operations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for night-specific hazards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience with night shift documentation
- OSHA 30 certification and valid Massachusetts construction credentials
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with blueprint reading and construction math
- Class B CDL license preferred for material transport
- Drug-free certification and clean background check
- Experience with Boston-specific building codes and permitting
