Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and jackhammers
- Install and maintain scaffolding, safety barriers, and job site signage
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized storage areas
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal throughout shift rotations
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen on complex installation projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme temperatures
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and material specifications
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM) with weekend flexibility
- Experience with power tools and hand-operated equipment
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
