Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and finishing under supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, forklifts) and power tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect work sites for hazards and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Read blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate implementation
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless project handovers
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job site conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 4 AM, Sunday-Thursday)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
