Responsibilities
- Execute physical tasks including material handling, site prep, and debris removal
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Maintain strict safety protocols and inspect equipment nightly
- Collaborate with tradesmen on commercial/residential builds
- Complete shift reports and maintain organized work zones
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (we provide training)
- Strong team communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
