Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with precision
- Interpret blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Maintain site safety protocols and conduct equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Prepare job sites and ensure proper material handling/storage
- Document daily progress and maintain clean work areas
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM, 4 days/week)
- Pass background check and drug screening
