Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and foundation work under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA certification
- Install and remove construction site safety barriers and signage
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and prep work
- Maintain equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols during night operations
- Complete daily progress reports and shift handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Commercial driver's license (Class B) preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Experience with heavy machinery operation
- Strong night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
