Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) safely and efficiently
- Assist in setting up/clearing job sites and maintaining organized work areas
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for precise task execution
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurements
