Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and organizing materials
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and hand tools with precision
- Load/unload construction materials and ensure secure transport
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Collaborate with skilled trades (electricians, carpenters) on complex builds
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to industrial sites across Minneapolis
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills in English
