Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete work, framing, and finishing
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme conditions
- Must possess reliable transportation and valid Florida driver's license
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM) mandatory
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
