- Collaborate with skilled trades teams including carpenters and electricians
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Complete shift reports and inventory management tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Proficient with hand tools and power equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Evening/night shift availability required
